What is a home inspection?

A home inspection is a thorough
examination of the home including attic,
roof, and if possible the basement and
exterior.

A home inspector should tell you what
home systems are working, becoming
out-dated or have outlived their life
expectancy.

A home inspection is a
picture of the house on that day and
does not offer future warranties for
breakdown.

Buying a home?

This can be an exciting and yet stressful event all at the same time. A home inspection can help to eliminate a lot of the stress and concerns over small or major issues that can arise at closing time. These concerns may include home safety as well as function or maintenance.

A home inspection helps both buyers and sellers become more familiar with the home structure and systems such as roof, plumbing, heating, and electrical.
